Hi everyone

I am 6 weeks and 2 days today! Just been for a scan. They can definitely confirm one and could see the yolk stem which they said is healthy. It still could be two though, but most probably one. Next scan on 10th Jan!

Chrissy - We'll be doing the next stage together aswell!!

Have a fab xmas everyone!

Chrissy, did you do your tmt at University Hospital with the Infertility team? We're from Woodstock, so you can't be that far.

We're 6 weeks and 1 day today, so we're all pretty close.

Denise - Yes the London Health Science Centre. How do you get the chart at the bottom of the screen when you do a post? Is that where you went? If it is I guess I may see you there in Jan.

Lavender- Here we are? You are ahead of me though, I don't go for my first scan til Jan 9. Glad your scan went good.

Do any of you feel any cramps sometimes? I do and they sometimes scare me.

Feeling quite nauseous most of the time actually. I thought it was the strep throat - but I think that was just a coincidence.

Bubs must be cleaning house in there or something.

Chrissy, I'll probably see you there, we're scanning on the 9th too. I'm nervous, alot. This is where things went wrong the last time. Mind you, I didn't have this overwhelming nausea the last time either.

Nicki, hope you're having a fab Christmas. Its a little warmer here now, but should have snow again for Christmas!

And how many of you have been told that you're trying to hard, and if you just relax it will happen?

It's been my experience that to be so young and to have difficulty conceiving can sometimes be viewed as a failure.... I know I've cursed my body on occasion. I'm healthy, like to exercise, and come from a large family. I'm under 30, so what's wrong with me?

Anyone else under 30 with a view on this?
Hello! I'm Jen. I joined the site not that long ago and I joined the New Year's buddies for IVF. I was bored tonight and decided to look around the site and found this old post. Better late than never.

Anyhoo...I will be 28 in February, my husband will be 28 on Tuesday. We celebrated our 3rd anniversary in October and will be together for 10 years in February.

We have been ttc for 1 year and 9 months. I have stage 4 endometriosis and I start the stim drugs on Wednesday.

To answer your first question, since we started trying, it seems like EVERYONE we know is getting pregnant. It's a little depressing at times and I sometimes feel a little jealous.

I wish that I had a penny for every person that has told us that we are trying to hard. I'd be rich. We even took 2 months off and just did it when we felt like it and nothing....

Being under 30, and having a hard time conceiving= failure? Well, realistically, no, but try to tell that to someone who has been ttc forever... Personally, I DO feel like a failure. I feel like I am failing my husband most of all. I can't give him the one thing that he truly wants....I know in my heart that's not true, but it's how I feel sometimes. It sucks!

Anyway, I hope you don't mind if I join your group...Merry Christmas!
Our dream came true! We are due October 5th!

Vent away, we've all said it. Good luck with your upcoming tmt, and welcome to our little thread!
