I couldn't very well drop in to have a sneak-read and check up on all my lovelies w/out giving a shout out to my 'peeps'!!! 8)

ANGEL --- YOU ARE PUPO!!!!!!!!!! :P :P :P :P well done little lady  sounds like your PMA is awesome -- just awesome --- KEEP IT UP!!! your wee-one(s) will love their momma for it!!! just remember 'the secret'......is it still on your night stand next to your bed??? maybe a good time to get it back out!!! CONGRATS MY FRIEND!!

BECK --- as always my love, am loving your never ending PMA!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you're next in line for PUPO hun --- is time this board come back to life with a boatload of BFP's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! am keeping my eye you

MIR ---- long time no 'talk'!!! (sorry :( ) as i said up there, i have cont'd to read......and is so great to see you carrying everbody and keeping up PMA for all.....you always had a special gift to do that

To all my other gal-pals out here......am sorry for my sudden departure... after last round combined with some 'marital issues' -- just been quite the emotional coaster......even more-so than typical ivf coaster stuff!! (if you can believe that!!) dh and i have gone to counseling - both seperate and together - which seems to have been a god-send :D i never realized how much of a grieving process this really was -- really learning how to digest what direction to go from here?? We've decided to move forward with adoption :P :P :P :P :P And we initially were moving right along with a great case worker where we were going to be on "the list" by early december........and then dh got laid off work last week :( a complete shock.......so we've had to stop in our tracks (again).... cuz the whole adoption thing is about as much as round of IVF.....so on one hand i feel like someobody is trying to tell us something --- you know, like "angie - your dream of having a child is simply not meant to be".....but then i snap out of it.....is just hard to not feel like i'm being "punished" in some way - ya know??? Oddly enough, i have this amazing sense of calm surrounding me as we speak..... trying to roll with the punches and come what may!!

I can't tell you how much i dearly appreciated seeing everybody say hello and wish me well and having kept me in your thoughts and prayers.... is why i'll probably always keep comin' back!!

Love to all.........

Hi ladies!

Quick post! :D

Steph,

I've just finished reading your posts, and geez you've been through a LOT! I really hope that things keep getting better and better for you, your little ones and your husband from now on. I just wanted to let you know that I was born at 30 weeks and only weighed 2 pounds. I was so small my father could hold me in his right hand. My lungs weren't formed, I had to stay 1 month on a ventilator and in the incubator too. I had two cardiac arrests the first night. And despite all that, I'm 100% healthy today, I'm 6' tall and I got a Ph.D. (when the doctor thought I might have learning disorders). And that was in 1978. So I'm sure that, despite the fact that your angels are tiny and showed up earlier than planned, and despite the fact that they need special care right now, IT WILL PASS and they will get healthier and stronger from now on, you'll see. For now, I'll give you a huge HUG and send you all the positive vibes I can find.

Becky,
Congrats on the stimming sweetie! Sounds like they'll really give you a chance to make those follies grow big and juicy! :) I know that having lots of follies to look forward to is reassuring, but I'm sure you'll have several embies in the end. A friend of mine got pregnant with only 1 embie! So until then, grow follies, grow! :)

Angel,
I'm sorry the meds are making you sick. That ER session sounded like a really tough time... *hugs* I can relate to that part (each time they had to empty my tubes, and the second time I also had OHSS). I found that Tylenol extra strength every 4 hours and watching lots of TV with a hot bottle against the small of my back really helped. Being catered and pampered by my hubby-bubby really helped too! ;) I hope the pain will go away real soon sweetie. For now, enjoy your princess status! :D And you, little embies, you're extra precious and special! Stick to your mommy and find a nice place to snuggle for a 9-month nap! I'll be checking during your 2ww to see how you're doing.

To all the other lovely ladies, have a great week! :D:D:D

Anyway enough about me - got to get the washing done and a reality check - 13lb weight gain on 15 days holiday is good work - just got to get in to dress for my patrty on saturday so gym an water for me till then!!!

Hello all,

PMA thanks for the words of encouragement. Welsh. Good luck with your scan Saturday. I think you have a good amount of good eggs. This is the time for you.

As far as the babies they are still in the NICU, but they have started discharge planning. They both had their hearing tests and passed. They have ordered what they call a car seat eval so I brought the car seats in today and the circumcism has been ordered and consent signed for my poor little Ryan's wee wee. So we are heading down the positive road. I put them both to breast today twice. Unfortunately I have very flat nipples so we had to put a shield on there to give them the feeling of the nipple they are used to on the bottle. Neither of them have their feeding tubes now and both of their iv's have been removed and they are either eating from a bottle or boob. Ryan is at 5 lbs as of last night. He has had some reflux/throwing up issues so it has fluctuated. Emily was at 4 lbs 9 oz so over the 4.5 lbs mark. They are out of the warming beds and holding their own temp and Ryan's bilirubin is starting to come down on its own without him having to go under the bilirubin lights. So I a hoping they will be home by Saturday but of course I am not going to ask that question. The doc said probably soon, whatever that means. We are getting excited. I have my mom and sister coming over Thur to help me get the house clean before they come home because between the end of the pregnancy and being in the hospital 2x in 2 weeks and surgery and being at the NICU. We are currently live in a pig sty. I, at least needs to dust the three main rooms they will be in so that they are nice and clean. I can't wait to put them in their little swings. Oh well enough about me how is everyone else.

ICSI girl!!!! So great to hear from you. You have been through so much. I'm sending you some virtual hugs, sweetie. Sorry about DH losing his job, this economical crisis is hitting us all hard. But now tha you have made the decision to adopt, you have got something to look forward to. I do have the secret, and was reading it during tmt, but haven't been reading it since then. I've been optimistical for most part but broke down last night. Trying to get back to the positive mode.

Carolyn, welcome back you lucky lady. I've hinted to DH that a 2 week holiday somewhere exotic would be a good present for my big birthday, where he can also surprise me with something sparkly and…………(well, ok a girl can dream!). You got a big bonus in form of the friend you made. That is definitely fate. Its great that you had a lovely holiday but also great that you met this person who will help you with the appointments, and accomodation. Are you back to work?

Miracle - come out and play. No more inventory for a year for you. How are your fur babies doing?

PMA - thanks for your kind words. I read out your message to my embies. I can believe that you are so far along. It was just the other day you got your BFP. But somehow time drags only when you're in the dreaded 2ww.

Stephjim, glad the little ones are doing well. They will soon be home with you.
