Neffi- Little Jack is so cute and full of blond hair. Thanks for posting the pictures!!! My favorite is the one that looks like he is smiling. How cute!!!

Hopefull- Congrats!!!Wow, what a long girl!!! Sorry to hear about your drug reaction, but glad as is well now. How is your older daughter (or child..cant remember if you have an older daughter or son) doing with the new baby?

Angram- You sound like me...effacing really good, but behind on the dialation. Glad you have things ready and are good to go when baby arrives. Not much longer!!!

Adsgirl- how did your interview go??

Jude- wow girl, dont think your going to make that 2 weeks, sounda more like any day now. How exciting!!! Hang in there, I dont know about you, but those twinges that started as twinges are now starting to sting.

Had my Dr apt today and an u/s. I am between 1.5cm and 2cm and almost all thinned and baby's head is right there. We didnt get measurements because little Gracie has been moving like crazy today. I mean like crazy!!! Good news is the fluid looks great, she checked the blood flow on the cord, looks great and the placenta looks great too. Eased my mind!!! I cant believe how much she has been moving the last few days, its crazy!! The twisting and head butting on the cervix is really starting to hurt. Not much longer!! I am going to try and post some pictures this weekend. Since its been nice here and I dont have much going on I think I am going to start walking some, see if I can pick things up a bit!! I am SO excited to meet her, I just cant wait!!!

I hope everyone is doing well!! All the new babies, I hope you guys are getting by with the feeding and sleeping schedule, and the rest who are still awaiting the arrivals I hope you are comfy and hanging in there.

Bring on the babies ladies!!! Woohoo!!!

Neffi - Thanks for posting those pics! Jackson is such a cutie! Love the Steelers garb! My DH is a huge Steelers fan, so for Valentine's Day, I got him a LS Super bowl champs shirt and a bib and T-shirt for our baby girl. He totally teared up when he saw them. So happy for you, Neffi...hope all is going well these days!

Dakota - Sounds like you are getting close! I have a doctor appointment in a couple of hours and I am SO anxious to see if there's any action going on. I have been feeling a lot of pain and discomfort in my lower pelvis whenever I move...especially when I stand up from a slouched or laying position. It almost takes my breath away, and I have to just stand there for a second for everything to settle in so I can move. I'm wondering if that's from baby's head? It's been for about ten days, maybe two weeks. Anyway - it hurts and it's getting really old!

I am now 36w1d. Can't believe we are on the brink! Thanks for asking about the interview - it went pretty well. I was there from 9 am until just after 4! It was a long day, and since I've been "working" from home lately, which means barely working at all, that was a SUPER long day! Took a lot out of me, but overall it went well. Hoping to get a call this week or early next week. Will keep you posted!

Anyway - I'll post later today, after my appt...fingers crossed! I'm so excited to start seeing the next wave of birth announcements from all of you!!

BTW...I have a dear friend who is pregnant with twins at 29 weeks and is in the hospital with preterm labor for 6 days now. They've gotten her uterus somewhat relaxed, but the contractions haven't stopped so she'll be staying there probably until the babies come or at least until she's 32 weeks, when they might consider letting her go home with restrictions. Anyway - if you could all keep her in your thoughts, I would appreciate it. Every day she can keep those babies in, the better.

HI Everyone

Sounds like everything is going great.

Neffi - Jack is gorgeous! He and his dad have the same hairdo that is great

Dakota, Jude and Adsgirl it is getting closer! Good Luck and hang in there.

I had an appt last Friday still only dialated to a 1 and 80%. I have another appt tomorrow we will see if there are any changes. I am hoping so! Some days she is putting so much presure on me that I can barely walk.

I do really need her to wait until after 3:00 on Saturday that is my last shower and it is the one my mom and sis are doing I really should be there!!!! But 3:30 Saturday to start labor would be great!!!! I am sure by just saying that it is totally going to happen! Yeah Right!

Have a great week everyone. To those getting ready to have their babies hang in there. Those that have their babies hang in there and enjoy!

Neffi- Jack is adorable. I checked out his shutterfly and you guys look like one happy family! It is so great to finally put a face with your name too, one of my original cycle buddies! Of course you guys would have looked better in patriots outfits...but i'll let that one slide. :D Congrats again.

adsgirl- good luck at todays apt. cant wait to hear about your progress!! yes, i would imagine what you are feeling is the head. i feel it in my pelvis, inner hips and tail bone. sometimes if i shift my hips i get lots of pain. yes, it does take your breath away. i have to stop in my tracks if i am up moving around and try to breathe, which causes dh to stop what he is doing and stair at me. i think he thinks i am going into labor when it happens.

tara- sounds like your making some good progress. i am sure your little one knows to wait until after 3pm, once your shower gets going. i swear they know when we are doing things for them. i was out to osh kosh and carters hitting the sales rack and little gracie was going nuts. she must have been as excited about the sales as i :P

I forgot to mention on my last post, that during the u/s her belly and chest were just a moving away. she was breathing like a pro!! it was great to see that fat belly moving up and down.

Is anyone staying with you guys since/when baby is born? I keep thinking I would like to bring Gracie home with just DH & I, but being all family lives out of town we are going to end up with a house full and I think that is going to be more stressfull.

Hope all is well!!

Thanks Dakota

Man am I feeling like she is going to stick her hand out and wave at me right now and boy does it hurt!!!!

I have spent the last 3 days looking for a newborn outfit to bring her home in (I know the 0-3 months will be too big) but they are sure hard to find though. Our little girl has so many clothes but I think they are all going to drowned her!

We are not having anyone stay at our house because mine and DH's family all live within 5 miles of us but I am sure they will be there a lot. I know my mom is going to take a week off work to help and I have an aunt that will come help later if I need her. Hopefully your family will not stress you out too much. All you need to do is remember they are there to help you cause they love you and you don't need to act the hostess. Everyone keeps telling me let as many people help as you can so you can get rested up for when you are all alone!

I can't wait to see if I have done anything at my appt tomorrow!!!!

Dakota - Good to hear little Gracie is moving around, although it does make it difficult during an u/s. I think my parents are going to stay the first week and DH's parents the 2nd week, so we'll see if that is too much time and too much company. My sisters will also come in, but hopefully just for a couple of days. I think we'll have family rotating through for the first few weeks and then hopefully just DH and I after that, at least for a little while.

Tarabeltwo - Good luck at your appt tomorrow and I'll keep my fingers crossed she stays put until at least 3:30 on Saturday :)

Adsgirl - Congrats on a good interview, I hope you get great news this week! I hear ya on the full day, I just put one in myself today and I'm exhausted. I've been working from home as much as possible, but had to go in today for a few meetings. I'm looking forward to 3 months off!

We had our weekly OB appt this morning and I'm now 70% effaced and about 1/2cm dilated. She said most first-timers usually thin out before dilating, so I'm hoping to hurry up with that part and get this show on the road :) DH and I are working on a family website, so I'm hoping to have that done this weekend and out for show. DH took about 400 prego pictures of me on Sunday, so I'll post a few of them to the site. We'll also be posting pictures of our little girl (still to be named :)) as soon as she arrives.
