Hey girls,

Sorry, came back home later than expected, and I'll have to be quick. Everything a-ok with at the doctor's, and as far as I know my friend has not delivered yet, but I just feel it's a question of days now. I've started working from home last Wednesday, but I had to attend several meetings this week (Mon-Thu). But starting tomorrow afternoon, I'll be officially off the hook. Can't wait, I'm so tired...

Lee and Carolyn, those apron fantasies show that you guys have waaaaaay too much meds running through your systems! LOL! ;) You crack me up girlies!

Lee,
So sorry your mood is playing tricks on you. Waiting two weeks is really hard, after going through all the rest of the tmt, and all the tmts before... geez, you've done 7 years of that waiting game, and this attempt is so special because you now know it's your last. *HUGS* Nobody can ask you to keep a rock-hard PMA every day through that kind of 2ww. Right now, however, you can rely on the fact that your body is doing all it can to make the miracle happen, and your embies are working hard too!

Carolyn,
How was the meeting? gah, I can only imagine, poor thing! And how are you doing for the rest, tmt-wise?

Miracle,
Good to know you got some rest this weekend, some good time with your dad, and still managed to get your homework done! Kudos to you girlie! :D How are the doggies?

Angie,
Sorry your boss dumped that on your lap unexpectedly like that... couldn't she ask the rainbows coming out your ass instead?

Angel,
Hey sweetie, so great to see you around again! It's priceless! :D:D:D You seem to be quite crushed under your workload at the moment... I hope you have something nice to look forward to this weekend at least? And about what you said on DH, well... lots of women complain that their husbands just don't have initiative. They just don't think about doing this or that. And as long as you ask him to have more initiative, it just won't work because they truly have no clue. My best friend complained for years about her DH's lack of initiative. The moment she kept a board in the kitchen, wrote the week's menu on it with the cookbook pages, several times she would come back home and dinner was either ready or half-way through! Just like that! That's why I clearly defined the chores between my husband and me. The other key is to avoid making comments. My husband doesn't comment on his underwear running low in his drawer; he knows I'll take care of the laundry eventually. Sometimes I wish he took care of the pet hair on the floor a tad more often, but it's his chore and I don't have a word to say. So that way, I can be a perfectionist on my chores and that suits me very well! I think we avoid a lot of useless tension that way. If I know I want a task done properly (like a specific recipe that I know DH won't get just right), I'll do it myself BUT he'll do another chore instead, one that I care about much less (like the dishes, or preparing the salad, or cutting up a pineapple for dessert). My two cents.

Okay guys, gotta run! Sorry if I forgot someone!!! But I'll be around!

Love ya,

Sophie

Hi girlies...I was checking in to see if anyone had posted anything and i just didnt get the notification...

But I guess everyone is busy today. :(

Well, I am getting ready to leave work. I am leaving work early. I want to do some things around the house and start on my homework. I hate having to do homework on the weekends. It makes my weekend tide up. If I want to do anything I feel like I am slacking on my studies...So hopefully I can get a good start on it today. I need to clean my bathrooms too.... I hate cleaning the bathrooms. Oh well someone has too. And I should be thankful I have a bathroom to clean right!!!! :D

Ok chicks...I will check in later to see if anyone came out to play.

Lee...usually you post by now...I hope everything is ok.

WAYYYHAAAAAAYYYYYYYY Miracle you made it to 700!!! Even if you di cheat just a little bit!!!

Thankyou all for your positive vibes, feeling a bit better today, still nervous obviously but I know I will be all right!!!! Whatever the outcome!!!! I am dying to POAS but have so far resisted the urge as I am sure it is too soon and will just give myself a huge disapointment, going to wait till saturday I think. I am now on the last lap they have either stuck or not by now so I am going to quit worrying.............

Been busy today with my little respite baby he is having a little nap so thought I had better get on here and say Hi!!!!!!!! Ok he just woke up so now he is on my lap instead!!!

Bathrooms urggghhhh the worst cleaning job, so pointless you clean them and then we wee and doodoo in them and they need cleaning again!!!

Need to tell little man to sit still he keeps typing!!

I take it all back about DH, I have a little bit of wrist strain and he cooked all the dinner last night and cleared away!!!! Perhaps its me and I should give him more oportunity!!!!

Sophie I love the rainbow pictures coming out of Angies ass too funny at least it got the image of your DH and his apron out of my mind

Angel, hope you are not too bogged down with work.......

How amazing is this, we have a pair of woodpigeons in our garden who used our fence last year as their boudoir!! Well I have just looked out our window and they are back, they do this little dance, 'kiss' a few times with their beaks in each others mouhs and then do the buisiness!! Nature in action!!!! Same pigeons, same dance same fence panel same time!!!!

Ok my month off has disapeared down the drain, we have a 13 yr old girly coming next week, she is one of the children we had in on emergency over xmas, her placement is breaking down so they are looking for sonewhere else so she is back to us in the meantime, could't bear to think of her moving around the system, so we agreed to take her until they find somewhere permanent so could be weeks or months who knows, she is fine with us tho so I know I can manage her whatever happens with us.

Mir cheerleader, how cool did you have all the fancy pom pom thingys too???

Carolyn I am getting so excited for you, not long to go...............

Angel your DH sounds just like mine, it sounds like we have similar roles in our house as yours. :)

Ok its probably been a bit all over the place post little man keeps distracting me, have posted a link below of the page my pics are on they took for the paper, can't seem to get the write up bit on will try again,

Ooook I have to get this out of my system right now...

LEE! Checked your pictures! OMG! And you say you're WHAT? 37?????? Are you kidding, you look like a 20 year-old on those pictures! You're so beautiful, fresh, eyes sparkling! Amazing pics girlie, congrats!!!! I know resisting the urge to POAS is hard, but do try sweetheart! You have the opportunity, right now, to enjoy two weeks of being pregnant, why spoil it with a test that might turn out falsely negative? I'm with you sweetie, and sending good vibes! *smooch*

Miracle,
Hey there! So, did you get the chance to get some homework done? I understand the feeling; I, too, manage never to have to work on weekends, they are sacred. Sometimes you have no choice, but usually I manage to plan ahead and make the weekend about the house, us, the pups, and so on! Hehehe don't call me a hard worker, lol! We've been having referal problems at work in the hospital I work in. Sometimes I have rushes, but most of the time, I spent my work time chatting with you guys, or surfing the net for cross-stitch projects, knitting, gardening, recipes, and so on! Just because I didn't have enough work. Hopefully, the situation will change over time, but it takes a long time. Just a word on the dog parks; I, too, considered them an area to just let the dogs loose and run everywhere before I watched an episode of Dog Whisperer about dog parks. It's actually a good idea to give your dogs a good workout before you let them loose among other dogs. Owners don't watch their dogs and, ergo, don't watch for signs of dominance, agressivity, and so on and it doesn't get corrected. That's how fights happen in dog parks. So it's better to get your two dogs into a calm-submissive state before you let them loose in there, because dominant or agressive dogs will ignore calm-submissive energy and your dogs will not get into trouble. My doggies are okay, I can't describe how happy I am to think that from now own we will spend much more time together. Still waiting to find a decent offer for a second hand treadmill for them. We're making huge progress but we still can't get rid of their excess energy, we need the threadmill. But starting this morning, I will walk them every morning, 30 minutes. This morning, I'll use the stroller so they get used to walking with it and especially BEHIND it so they can already get used to the fact that my son is also their pack leader. We'll see how it goes. I really wish I could rish biking or roller blading with them; it would really help with their energy. Right now I,m not much of a power walker... ;) Yes, the nursery is done now, almost down to the last detail. There's just a few products I need to buy at the drugstore and that's about it. Oh, and the photograph sent demos for the photo shoot... one big disappointment is that my friend looks livid and all puffy with the white background... and she took all our pictures together with that background. I'm going to show them to you anyway, but do look at their couple's pic and you'll see what my friend "really" looks like; much better complexion! I'll make sure I scan and post the final pics when she sends me my album. So you can check the demos here:

Carolyn,
Hi there hunny! Doing some jigging for you babe! :D:D:D:D Hope you have a nice weekend sweetheart. My next check-up is in two weeks, after that it will be every week.

Angel and Angie, wishing you a great weekend, hoping you're in good shape!

Hello,

Really really busy at work, but couldn't resist a peek here while I'm on me own.

Just had to see the pics that Mir was raving on about.

Lee- I second the others. You are absolutely gorgeous. What zit???!!!!!!! Did you say you were going to POAS today? If you haven't already, please step away from them. They really are evil. I wouldn't test until your official test date. Really.

Sophie - had a quick scan at the firts few pics of yours. There were two lovely pregnant women there. Which one is you though???? :? You are both glowing with happiness. Loved the pic with the tiny baby shoes.
