Hey you guys

How are you all, very quiet here at the moment, hope everyone is ok.

Traci don't feel babd about yourself sometimes we can't help our felings, so just go with your feelings and let them run their course, do something when you feel irritated and let the feeling flow over you and dissapear, do you know why you get irritated? Is it fear that her being needy will never end?? It will you know, be honest with her the time you can give her, she will understand, perhaps you can plan some time together that you spend together regardless, I don't know I am not sat in your shoes so everything I have said could be a load of rubbish!!! Your friendship from your childhood has changed with her at the moment and hers with you and sometimes it just takes a little readjustment to get it back on track again but I guess you have to be aware it may be in a slightly different form now. Thinking of you hun xxxx

Yes having a great time, tea at the ritz on tuesday so looking forward to that, went to china town for chinese last night, going to the tower today and down in the crypts and dungeons of tower bridge!!

How about this we went to St pauls cathdral the other day and there is a stone on the wall with all the names of the deans of the cathedral carved in stone with the date of their deanship? Is that what you call it?? Well my mum takes a step back and says OMG Alan Webster who was the dean from the 70's for the cathedral carved in stone on the wall was the person who baptised me as a baby!!! She used to play with his children when she was younger!!! My claim to fame!!

Ok hi everyone else gotta go mum is giving me the look accros the room to say get a move on I want to go out now

Sophie hope you are doing ok, Carolyn will catch up with you later and see if you have come to play today, and hello to our other absent friends who have ben absent for a while now, please come back!!!!

Good morning ladies!

Whew, I said "a few days", but it's been over a week! Sorry about that!

Carolyn,
I see that you are balancing work and relaxation nicely with that massage! I hope you have a great time there. I hope work settles down a bit next week and give you a break! *hugs*

Miracle,
So sorry to hear about the headaches! :( I saw Carolyn talk about stress management techniques, which one are you using, I'm curious! :D I hope you can find a way to get rid of that stress and feel better. I sincerely hope that Jennifer's surgery improves her health status and quality of life. She's truly been through a lot. How is school?

Lee,
My my, I'm green with envy! You're having such a WONDERFUL TRIP! :D:D I'm super happy for you girlie! I remember my week in London when I was 18, and I've been craving to go back ever since! Please keep posting about it, it makes me travel with you a little bit! ;)

Sabi,
Wow, things will start moving fast now! :D:D:D Keeping everything crossed for you, and sending lots of baby dust your way!

Becky,
I'm truly sorry to hear about your job sweetie. :( You seem to take it calmly though, I hope the financial aspect of the loss isn't too much of a burden for your guys. Are you looking for a new job or waiting a little bit? Your garden projects sounds absolutely fabulous, and I hope you have a luxuriant harvest dear!

Angel, Angie, Shantala, big hugs and I hope you're well!

As for me, first of all I wanted to THANK YOU for all your posts about Jérémie's birth. We're all doing well; Jérémie gained an average of 100g each day (target is 25g or higher!!!) so he's already over his birth weight, which is good. He already looks different than his first photos (I added more pictures on photobucket, same link than the one I posted last time). We went through an adjustment period, trying to understand each other's needs. Some moments were trying, but they were brief, and it's amazing how, no matter how sleep-deprived you are, you still find them absolutely adorable. Now that we're co-sleeping all night (until he's about 1 month old; the uterus--->his own bed transition is just too big a step for him at the moment), and now that I threw those awful breastfeeding charts through the window and now sail through it following my son's cues and not what the books/nurses say, we are very relaxed and content and I no longer feel sleep-deprived. I'm truly in love, and nothing could have prepared me to experience love to that extent.

Okay, I'm really behind with my emails, so I have to answer those. But I'll be around to check on you guys!

Lots of love,

Sophie xxox

Hi girls,

Sophie: Jeremie is just georgeous...I am so glad to hear from you. Good for you for tossing the "recommeded schedule" out the door. Always go with your gut feeling. I love the new pictures. How are you doing? Feeling ok? Is DH off with you two? Well, when I start to stress myself out, I totally change my train of thought. I will be at work and I will start thinking about what I need to do when I get out of work. It totally stresses me out. So when I start, I mentally kick it out of my head and do something else. It works most of the time.

Carolynn: Well...it must be nice...supposed to be working and here you are getting massages!!! Don't mind me, I am just jealous. How are you doing?

Lee: thanks for the input. I think it was great...no rubbish.

Where are the rest of you ladies...

Well, I have the baby bug again. It seems like it really hits me hard every few months. I just wish I DH and I could start tmt. Maybe I would feel like we were doing something about having a baby. I keep looking at baby gear...thinking about what I would like to have...the cute little clothes................I am a glutten for punishment....... O well...I must suck it up and go on.

Hi ladies,

Still in London having a fabulous time, we have done Hampton Court sooooooooooooooooo amazing, I have to go back there did not realise it was so well preserved from Henry the 8ths time, it was truly majestical is that the word???? We saw 16th centuary kitchens as they were and all the kings and queens apartments as they were. It was fasinating the building was so beautiful and I was in awe going round it, ohhhhh to have been a fly on the wall in those times. We are off to madame tussauds tommorrow and the florence nightingale museum. We have walked all over the south bank andbeen up and down the old strets of london, nearly time to come home, so will let you know what the last couple of days have been like. xxxxxxxxxxx

Sophie, so pleased to hear from you, you sound like you and DH and Jeremie (sorry I cant do the hyphons on my pc) are settling into a routine that suits you all, glad you are all finding your own way and getting to know each other. The photos are lovely, you have a beautiful baby!! And no I am not biased because we are friends he is gorgeous!!!! Cant wait to hear more about him.

Carolyn how are you, soooooooooooooooo jealous of all your massages I think you should share them out with all your cyber friends that live around a couple of hours aw ay what do you think????

Traci I know what you mean about the baby bug I have it too at the moment, I have a little confession, I have my eye on who we would like to adopt and the first time the little cherub met Rod little cherub called him 'daddy?' so kind of think we are fated!!! I am hoping we will have some luck this time and I will get what I want, but I am realistic and know it may or may not be but have been looking at clothes and toys and bedroom stuff etc ect thinking, hmmmmmmmmm I like that little cherub would like that!!! My fostering agency know we are interested so you never know. But yes I suck it up too and feel sad, angry, frustrated, hopeful, scared, wanting, needing and so on will these feelings ever end??? Only when we have our child in our arms I guess, I feel those things with you babe, it takes such a long time.

Sabi hi how are you, becky sorry about the job or is it a good thing??
Angel, Angie how are you both? Hello to all our mummy's hope you are all good.

Ok gotta go, not sure if I will have internet acces after tonight so if not I will check in on you on wednesday

Bye for now

Hi girls!!!

WOW Lee!!! I am sooo glad you are having a great time!! You sound awesome!!! I had no idea they have historical kitchens and you can see REAl KINGS and QUEENS apartments. That is sooooo cool. I LOVE historical Britain!!!!!! You are so lucky! Aww...you already have your eye on a special baby boy?? How old is he? How long would it take to adopt a baby?

Sabi...I totally love your PMA!!!! You are rockin' it!! Are you from the UK? I am sorry, I cant remember...

I know I shouldnt bring up mother's day...but I wanted to tell you all what my sweet DH did. As most of you know we have two furbabies who are our children. Well yesterday morning, my boy, Charlie was snuggled against me in bed, DH said Happy Mother's day Momma...and then my girl, Mollie jumped in bed with me. DH said, look at that, they are snuggling with their Momma for Mother's Day. I thought it was the sweetest. He made me dinner and bought me a CHOCOLATE CAKE!! I love chocolate cake. He is good to me. I love him so very much. He will make such an excellant daddy.......

So, how was everyone yesterday? i know I had a couple of teary moments....

Hi Carolyn! I don't know where everyone is either. But I do know I miss our thread. It makes me so sad.... I hope you didnt have to start completely over on your work. Sometimes computers and technology suck. How are you?

Well Jennifer is doing really great. She had her surgery last Tuesday to take out the drain, well ever since they have taken that out she is 100% better. her speech is normal and everything. I am so proud of her. If she continues to progress like this, she will be able to go back to school in January!!! She really is amazing.

Not much going on in my boring life. Working...going to school, same ol' stuff! Ok ladies..I hope you all come out of hiding.... love to all...
