Tibbie

I'm sorry you think it's not worked this time - I will keep everything crossed that the blood test you've taken proves otherwise.

Take care of yourself.

Half way through my 2 week wait. Normally I get spotting in the next few days so I should know soon. In the next few days I'm not even going to look though as its our anniversary and I just don't want to know!

that would be great Traci thanks. I think I'll know though before I get to a test date which would be a week today. I always get spotting. however, at least I can face it with all of you this time.

Hi Tracii

I am new to the message board. Please add me to the September test thread.

My ET was Sept. 5th.
This is my second try of the IVF Cycle with ICSI. I am having a bit of anxiety because my results will be this Saturday. My boobs no longer have that sensation feeling. Does that mean that this will be another failed cycle? I had a little spotting a couple of days ago. But it was only for one day and never occurred again.

Can anyone shed any light on my situation?

Thanks!

always spotting with implantation?

Post by brs888 »

HI, everyone :) It's been kind of quiet on here. I hope everyone is doing well :) I am enjoying my time off with dh and the dog, Caesar, but am questioning everything my body feels...for those of you with past positives, is there always spotting with implantation? I read this a lot, but have experienced nothing like this. I hope that is not a bad sign...any thoughts?

Hi there brs,
hows your week away going, do put those feet up as much as possible..
and that goes for you as well, Pinky..Reading into the signs is so normal during the 2ww- every ache and twinge is analysed till one moment we feel this has worked and right after that we convince ourselves its not!!

Theres no proper sign- spotting could be implantation bleeding pinky, but brs, lots of girls on here have no spotting at all, so just hang in there!

Good Luck ladies!

brs

Just wanted to reiterate what Smita has said - there are no definitive signs that indicate a positive and certainly spotting does NOT have to occur for the treatment to be successful.

In fact I would probably say there are more girls with a positive who had no spotting, then there are who had the spotting.

Just stay as positive and focused as possible - not long now and the waiting will be over.

Fingers crossed and take care

well guys it has finaaly arrived the dreaded 2ww. I had my ET on yesterday and 2 lovely little embies are safe and warm in my tummy..

Now I just need to keep myself busy but relax and that is gonna be hard for me. I have a stash of dvd's to watch and 3 puzzle books to go through. I have booked this coming week off work so i can relax.

How is everyone else going? BRS888 are you still coping? not long now for you is it?
