has anyone done a Day 3 AND day 5 transfer in the same cycle

Hello ladies,
It's been awhile since I'm been back on the board but it's been quite
an emotional roller-coaster all the same. Well, since then I've been through an FET and another ICSI and still have got no good news to share... except that I'm not gonna give up!
Anyway, I've already started on another ICSI cycle.. my ET will most likely be on 1st Dec. I'm praying so hard that all will go well.
My question is, has anyone done a sequential transfer i.e. a day 3 AND a day 5 transfer in the same cycle before? I've read online that those who have done 4 ivf/icsi or more and have got no reason why the embies aren't implanting, choose to have a sequential transfer and get BFPs!!! does anyone know if it's true? has it happened to anyone?
I'm going for my scan tomoro so will see my RE and ask him. Just wanted some feedback from the lovely brave ladies here first. It's a relief to be able to talk to women who are going thru the same thing and understand what you're going thru.
