first ivf with less follicles.

Hello i am new to this site. I am on my first ivf cycle with only three follicles developing ogf size 9,9,8. The is my sixth day of the procedure. The doctors are not convinced with my response. But i want to go ahead. Has anyone had similar experience like this and beeen successful. pls reply.
HELLO. i AM NEW TO THIS SITE. I am on my first ivf cycle. the doctors say i have developed only two follicles. i am devasted!. Does that mean low and poor quality eggs. does it reduce the succes rate?. If anyone knows something it pls advice. bye
