Pressure in the pubic area at 11 weeks?

Okay I have to ask. I sit a lot at work (computers), have a long drive to work and this past weekend spent a lot of time riding in a vehicle. The last couple days I have felt a lot of pressure in my pubic area. I know with my other children ( a long time ago) I felt this late in pregnancy but I find it odd to have this type of pressure being only 11 weeks pg. I wonder if it is because I am older now (37) or all the sitting.

Anybody else experience this early on?

Hi

I had this pressure sensation from about 16 weeks but my job was quite active with hardly any sitting at all.
My gp said it could be due to the position of the placenta but I went on to develop sythesis pubis dysfuction so I think it may of been the early stages of this.
Although uncomfortable it caused the baby so harm at all.

I remember posting this topic when I was approx 11 weeks too!
I had a heavy feeling low down like things had just 'dropped' (Hard to describe!) I didnt have a very active job, I was part time sitting at a desk.
I dont know if I just got used to it, I cant remember now, but I was worried at the time. I luckily didnt develop anything like Synthesis Pubis dysfuntion like Olivia. I guess maybe get it checked out if you are really worried, but it does sound similar to mine.
