I am trying to figure out what type of maternity pants I want to order, but man the styles have changed since I had my children 14 + years ago. What kind of belly panels do you prefer and why?
I am not slinder but not obese if that matters. What do you ladies suggest?

Hi!
Congrats on your pregnancy. I preferred the demi panel style which I think is also called a half panel (it is about 3-4 inches wide). When you are just starting to show you can wear it over your belly. When you get huge at the end you can wear it under your belly. I had one pair that was full panel and HATED them because the thin elastic band at the top never seemed to stay in place and I was always pulling it up, even when I was big. I tried on a couple pairs that look like normal pants with the elastic on the inside but they seemed very bulky when I was still small.

I actually bought some used strechy pants when going through the stimulaton process that still fit me 12w and will continue to fit me for maybe 6 more weeks I am thinking but when I started looking at maternity clothes to order mainly for work there are so many options! Options you see online but not in the stores.
