........ I'm stressed out as on day 5 and have AF pains. My brain is totally scrambled because I KNOW that this means NOTHING and that plenty of people who had pains were pg. All the same, it makes me feel uneasy when the pains are so familiar. Even as I type this I know I'm being really stupid. I should practice what I preach I know - I've told others many times to calm down about the pains but as we all know, when it's you something weird happens to your head and you just can't take your own advice!! How are all you other 2ww'ers ???????? G O IINGGGG SSLLO WWLYY INNSSANE . lots of love though, jo. xx

Jo I was going to tell you off and get the birch twigs but have ended up feeling sorry for you.... Don't worry too much - this is all normal - you have just pumped your body full of drugs - inflated your ovaries and then had someone stick a needle in and suck out eggs - on top of that you have had your legs in the air being clamped and 2 embies popped back in. You know have pessaries to contend with - when I had FET I had some of these sypmtoms you know on negative and positive. The only thing I can suggest is all the time think positive and try and imagine them implanting - try to imagine being pregnant and then holding the baby - I know this sounds totally potty but it worked for me last time and it's the only time out of the 4 I really tried to do this. Drink loads - as much as you can and go out and look round the shops or something if you can. This time you are going to get lucky. Special hug Love Tracey xxx

HO I LITERALLY feel you pain. I too have af pains, not massive but definately there, quite getting me down. But cheered to read this chat! Thing is I understand that having teh ec might cause it , but I have only really had these pains since after et? Dont get it? Maybe its a side effect of teh progesterone thingies? Cazxx
