Summer Babies

Post by crasmus »

hello everyone... some of us no longer fit into the 1st trimester catagory, and i thought that we could start a summer babies and copy off the spring babies thread...

i also thought that we could start a list of the due dates and maybe even the upcoming scans and Dr's visits... there are so many wonderful BFP in the 1st trimester that it's getting hard to keep up with everyone..

so i'll start the list... we can copy and paste to fill it in!! I added a few, names that i know are due around these times.. I know i missed a bunch, sorry, just copy and add them in, or let me know... correct me if i'm wrong, and add to as needed....

Tasha-one beanie :D due June 11th, scan January 10th
Colleen-one beanie :D due June 17th, scan January 19th
Cowgirl-one beanie :D due June 18th
Racheal-one Girl :D
Nance-one beanie :D
Kim-twins :D :D

take care

Hello Girls.... I think this thread is a great idea! Although I'll still check back in on the other thread to see how all the new girls are doing.

We have our scan tonight and I'm so excited. Hopefully baby will cooperate so we can find out.... I'm guessing a girl!

tasha-
why do you think that you are having a girl?? any reason?? or just gut..

i think that we are having a boy, as we have 2 boys and one of our IVF cycles we had the PGD done and out of 22 embros there was only one girl... so i'm convinced that my DH only has little boy swimmers. we are not going to find out. DH really wants to, but i don't because this is our last and love to be surprised... With our others we did not find out, but we both think that we boy parts each time. i had a lot of US's, so there were many chances to catch a glimpse of the parts, especially as they measure the thigh bone...

good luck tonight!!

Colleen, I haven't been feeling much movement lately, everyonce in a while I think I feel something then try to pay attention to movement and nothing, but I am sure all is fine. Just movement is not "regular" at this stage. I am actually having my Level II US done on the 22nd. When they scheduled it that is what they gave me :-) Its only right around the corner :-) How often do you feel movement?

I really hope all of us can stay on the board till we deliver. I think it is going to be so neat to watch for each of us to have those signs and then the big event! :-) In a way it seems to be going so slow but at the same time pretty quick!

Take care everyone,
Cowgirl

Colleen- I think we're having a girl because everyone else who is pregnant (my friends & co-workers) are having boys. I know 5 other people who are pregnant and they are all having boys so there needs to be a little girl in there somewhere. I also think it's a girl just because I look different than all of them... I'm carrying very high where as they are lower. We'll see.....

Yes I also hope that we can all stay in touch until our due dates or until the little ones arrive... I'd be lost without you girls.

Only 4 more hours.....

Good Luck Tasha I hope your little one cooperates and gives you a GREAT view! A little girl would be awsome! There are so many cute things for girls and just think she would have two older brothers to help you and hubby keep those other boys straight. :-)

Can't wait to hear your news! When I had my ultra sound in radiology, the one were they couldn't tell me anything, the tech was telling me stories of why they could not give out any information and you would not believe how people reacted when they weren't told the sex they wanted, even on a first baby. It would be a "little" bit more understandable if they had 6 of the same sex already or something, but people would even get violent or talk about terminating cause they weren't having the sex they wanted. Some people just don't know how to act. :-(

Well good luck and I hope you get the news you want :-)

Cowlgirl- I think you have me and Colleen confused.... this is my first baby - her 3rd (she has 2 boys already). However, DH & I will be happy with whatever it is as long as it's healthy.

Wow some poeple just don't understand how special it is for some of us to even be having babies....

Hello all

I've been off the threads for a while with acute morning sickness, which at 15 weeks is STILL going on... ARRGGGHHHH.

Anyway, I would like to join your thread please. My due date is 6 July. I have a scan next week at 16 weeks just to check everything's ok as I've had a bleed. However, I am developing a nice belly as we speak so I hope that there's a wiggler in there.

My 20 week scan to find out the sex of the baby is in Feb sometime, can't remember.

I am now wearing maternity jeans... this is quite exciting. Can't actually believe it might actually happen and we might actually get a baby!! It still doesn't seem true. Each time I go for a scan I think 'I'll relax after this one', but never do. I don't think I will until the babe is in my arms!
