Bleeding

Hiya Debb
Sorry to hear it was abandoned. I am also at Leeds. My first was abandoned due to poor response also. I had drug bleed about day 14 then I had to ring when I got next period. No-one at Leeds told me about the drug bleed though so I rang when I got that as I thought it was my period!! When I got my period I had Day 21 scan and then started pill on next period - got this last week!! Starting buserlin injections on 11th and go for scan 23rd (and to learn how to inject Menogon as was on Puregon last time). I am on a higher dose this time and also taking Metformin with injections as well for pcos.
Good luck and it will be needle time again before you know it!!!
love
Bertie xx

Bleeding

Hiya Deb
Apparently menogon is same as puregon but its produced by a different manufacturer. When we were on metformin trial apparently our treatment was funded by the puregon guys but as we are not on trial anymore then they wont pay for this. We are taking metformin for real this time.
I have had the news that my dh will be working away for the next 3 weekends - I will have to do my own injections! Not too bothered about the pen thing but 'oh heck' to the big needle!!!!!
love
bertie xx
