Hi Gem
Ooohh I know what you are going through!
I was very achy first time round - this is from where the eggs have been removed and generally from all the drugs which have pumped you up and now basically everything is settling back down to normal.
You will be aware of every twinge Im sure but I don't think this has much bearing on whether you are pregnant or not so try not to dwell on each wierd thing that is going on.
Drink lots and lots of water.
Also forget your weight, I know lots of women who have conceived when they have stopped worrying about their weight and exercising and let it go a bit.
Hasn't worked for me yet but still trying.
Good luck
lol
Lissa
x
