Please Help (Estradiol Levels)

I just got back my Day 3 Tests. My FSH is 3.4 and Estradiol is 127 can anyone tell me what this means. My doctor says it is normal. Anyone have any different information?

I am trying to find out the same thing. Last time I had blood tests, they came out with FSH at 8.1 and estradiol levels at 71, My doctor said that these were great numbers but I often wonder if she makes thing ssound better than they are so that I don't worry more than I already do. According to things that I have read normal day 3 FSH levels are usually anything under 10. The range for estradiol levels are anywhere between 25 and 75. Based on what I have read, the closer you get to 25 signifies aging ovaries and diminished varian reserve but the higher you get signifies that your estardiol levels are masking your FSH levels and making them appear much lower than they actually are. Age is also a big determining factor. For example, if you are 45 and have an FSH level of 6(normal) compared to a 25 year old with a 6 FSH level, you are still much more likely to have a successful pregnancy if you are the younger of the two.I hope that this helps.
I recommend buying the book "Fertility and Conception" by Zita West. I just purchased it recently and it is a big help. It also makes suggestions to things you can do to help your levels.
