Labs/Spotting/Cramps

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little brown discharge type stuff....like when I am getting ready to start my period. I am 7 days post transfer/9 days post retrieval. I am also cramping like I am having a period. I had my labs yesterday and my progestrone and estradiol was low so I doubled my progestrone and started Estrace. The nurse I just spoke to told me to increase progest. again (was on 1 cc/day, changed to 2cc a day yesterday and now she is asking for 3 cc/day) and to increase my Estrace from 1-2 pills per day.

Is this a bad sign I am seeming to begin my period? I made a mistake on Tuesday (7 days post retrieval) and took and HPT but not first thing in the AM and it was negative. Beta is Monday. Is it highly likely I'm going to just start my period?

It is so hard to say. Many people get that brown discharge after implantation as well as pre period. I think you should just keep taking the progesterone and let the hcg test on Monday be the true indicator. I know it is SO HARD to not read into every symptom, but the drugs do so many crazy things to our bodies that you never know what it all actually means. I know this probably hasn't helped you much - just be patient and keep thinking positive!

I agree with Amy. It sounds like it could be anything really. Try to stay calm as possible and relax. A lot of women get that cramping with a BFP and thought they were getting AG . I'll be thinking of you and hoping your betas are great!!!
