I have ready conflicting information about taking baths during the 2 week wait. Can you take a bath rather than a shower if the water isnt too hot???

Baths are fine during the two week wait, it's just the first several days after the ER that your asked not to take a bath cause of vaginal infection-not the water temp.

I've read hot showers can help implantation, but looks like every doc has different dos and donts. I say do whatever makes you comfortable and less stressed. Personally I think being stress free is the key, not all of those other things like baths, lifting, exercise, etc.

My doctor said that a lot of heat can hurt the embryos and that is why he said no baths or hot tubs.

LOL!
I didn't know hot baths were a NO-NO. My doc didn't mention anything against them and I took about 2 hot baths during the 2WW.

I got a BFP... :P
