Clomid, LH surge detected, IUI but no temperature rise

Hi all, I had my first IUI done on day 11 after clomid and LH surge was detected, but the temp has not risen on day 17. The temp always rose from 97.5 to 98.3 right after LH surge detection before I started taking clomid (even though it never stays up). Has anyone had the same situation? The nurse told me not to worry because clomid affects temp. but I still worry anyway!
