How did other woman feel towards the end of their shots?

I want to know if it is just the way my body reacts to the injections. This is the second try with IVF and the shots. By the end of the 7th days I feel like my ovaries are the size of oranges and my tummy is hard. It is very uncomfortable to sit straight up in a chair and I have to walk slow because the steps jar my insides. Any feedback would be great!

how many follicles do you have? I stimmed for 9 days with follistim and repronex and lupron and I was VERY uncomfortable the last days, Every step I took felt like my insides "jiggled" I ended up having 38 eggs and 37 were mature enough to be fertilized...

I'd say if you have a lot of follicles it's probably pretty normal- of course not 100% sure as this was my first try....

By the last few days of my shots I felt like I was carrying watermelons inside. Then after the retrieval I looked 5 months pregnant. I had 22 eggs and 18 fertilized. I suffered with OHSS for about 4 days after my retrieval and then it went away and came back slightly after I got a positive pregnancy test.

Good luck and hang in there! I'm sure your doing great producing all those beautiful follicles.

I did end up with 26 eggs, 19 were mature. This time around we did ICSI and were successful with 14 of them. The clinic made the desicion today to wait 5 days before the transfer.

This is the second time through for me, I had 22 folicles last time back only had 3 medium quality eggs. I felt just as uncomfortable last time too.
