Hi am due to start injections in April for EC early May, this is my 1st time and I am totally freakin as no support network or info in my area.

Welcome you've definately came to the right place there are alot of women here that i'm sure will be happy to answer any questions you have or just to have a chat . As for your question the whole Ivf business is very stressful but thats the very reason these boards are here for no matter what you are going through there is always someone one here that is going through exactly the same as you. So try and do what you signed off with "chill and be happy" and remember theres always someone here if needed keep us posted on your progress.

thanks guys, it has taken me literally months to find a site where I can rant with people who know what I'm going on about.
Aunty sorry that u haven't been lucky yet what stage are you at now?
Jomae must be quite something to know it has all been worth the stress at the end, I will try to keep that in mind.

welcome to the site, this is by far the best site I have found, the guys here are so great and supportive.
answer to your question what do you do: just let it all out!!
IVF is a real rollercoaster of emotions, you have good and bad days and my only saving grace is that I can come home and log on and know that I have my virtual friends here to smooth things over with. My Dh is fantastic, but unfortunately as much as they can comfort and be yr rock, they don't know physical how you feel. Feel free to join any of threads of cyclers this way you cycle with others who are going through the same as you at the same time. It won't be long before there is a May thread is up and going.

Thanks alot, I know what you mean about DH mine is trying to be a rock for me but doesn't realise that he has managed to shut me out completely i.e. can't even be near me at the moment.
We have a male friend who has been through this with his ex wife so hopefully he will talk to DH and sort him out a bit.
