Can you help us?<br><br>We’ve been through two courses of IVF/ICSI treatment without success. After the last treatment we were devastated when the clinic told us that because of the grade of our embryos there was very little chance of success in the future.<br><br>However we've persuaded them to let us to have another go next year. In the meantime we are going to try a number of things to help improve our situation. We’ve been on holiday to relax and we’re going to try and get fitter and eat healthier. We’ve also embarked on the Foresight programme and are popping pills every morning – zinc, calcium, magnesium etc.<br><br>Can anyone suggest anything else we could be doing? In particular has anyone tried acupuncture before or during treatment and has it helped?<br><br>We’re feeling really desperate now as this is probably our last hope so would be truly grateful for any help you can give us.<br><br>Mary and Andy<br>

Hi<br><br>I am really starting to think that alternative treatments help.<br>I have been having Chinese medcine and Acupuncture for a couple of months now. I am treated by Dr Zhai at 112 Harley street tel 020 7908 3860 www.zhaiclinic.com have a look at the website.<br>I feel much better but will not be attampting my 6th go at IVF / ICSI until Dr Zhai thinks I am ready.<br><br>Best of luck<br>Lucy
