I had my twins at 35 weeks i was told from early that i was going to have a c section as baby A was feet down unless there was any change but there was not he stayed the same way all through and then his sister decided to join him that way up too so they were both the wrong way up for a natural birth i went into labour at 35 weeks and taken straight in for a c section as they did not want my water to break though they were both good weights my daughter went into the SCBU for a week as her lungs had not developed enough.

I had my twins at 33.5 weeks. Baby B was breech, but they were going to try to let me delivery vaginally by pulling Baby B out by its feet after Baby A went through the birth canal. However, I ended up having an emergency c-sec due to a severe abdominal pain that I had (ended up being unrelated to the babies). They were both in NICU for only 5 days and neither needed medical attention...just observation. They were 4 lbs, 10 ozs and 5 lbs, 3 ozs.

My babies had both been lying sideways all along the pregnancy and although C-section was discussed, the doctors always concluded that the decision should be made closer to the time of birth. Although I was asked to express a preference - which is to deliver by C-sec. I was told to go straight to hospital after a regular check up at the GPs who diagnosed early signs of pre-eclampsia and the baby girls were born by C-sec at 36 weeks weighing in 5lb 11 and 5lb 3. Both happy and healthy and did not require further medical intervention.
I was 35 weeks and 5 days, an emergency ceaserean birth due to pre-eclampsia.
A ceaserean wasnt planned in advance,i think it was left to see how the babies were lying,i was going to try for a natural but secretly was quite relieved!
Although recovery was slow and painful for a good week after.
Good luck!

My beautiful angels!!
My boys were born at 34 weeks, 1 day. Twin A was head down while Twin B was breech. I planned to try a vaginal birth but Twin A's heartrate dropped suddenly and an emergency section was performed. Twin A, Xavier, was in the hospital for 11 days and his brother, Isaiah, was in for 17 days both only learning to eat and maintain body temperature.
Good luck!

I delivered my twins at 35 weeks. I had a scheduled c-section date at 38 weeks, but my water broke so I had my section 3 weeks early. Both boys were in the NICU about a week, no respiratory problems but they did need help keeping their body temperature up and learn to feed. One was 4lbs 13oz and the other was 4lbs exactly.
I was 36 wks delivered them on 10/24/06 and had a sch c-section date of 11/24/06. They both weighed 5lbs 1oz, 18&18 1/2 inches lng. Did not require a stay in the NICU we went home together..They were released before me however they allowed me to keep them there until I was ready to go home. My water never broke but I dilated to 5cm.
