OMG!!!!!!!!!

Post by SJ BROWN »

I expect a lot of you dont know me...I have been lurking the boards for a while......I posted a lot more a few years back when i started on this long journey........

Anyway, brief history
3xICSI -ve
4xFET -ve
1xDIUI -ve

It has taken us 6 years & £20,000 but this morning I tested after a 2nd DIUI tmt and we got a big fat juicy +ve

It is very early days so am trying not to get too excited...........
It actually feels a bit surreal...I thought we would be more excited but I think after so many disappointments we were so expecting a -ve it has not sunk in...........
DH does not wants us too tell anyone yet but i am fit to burst...Im sure telling you guys does not count  Im sure he will forgive me...

Anyway, just wanted to share my news...and wish everyone else going through tmt lots of luck

That's fantastic news Sarah and well deserved :D .

Telling interned buddies isn't the same as RL friends and family. The people here are the only ones my hubby wants to know as we've helpt each other so much. It would be cruel not to tell the girls lol.

Money well spent isn't it...you look after you guys and test easy.

Sarah

Huge Congratulations. I am sure that it does feel very strange after such a long time but gives us veterans hope!!!

Fingers crossed that everything goes well for you over the next 8 months. You certainly deserve this. Enjoy every moment of it.

thank you so much for all your lovely replies & support.......

Dagny-lovely to hear from you.......

it hasn't really sunk in yet........because we have never got this far the clinic did a blood test yesterday(we tested via clear blue) and they said if levels low will have us back in to make sure they are doubling...

they called back to say levels are really good(392.4-dont know anything about levels) and we wont need another blood test........we have a scan booked for 04/05/07 when they will be able to confirm everything in the right place etc......

anyway.....another 3 weeks wait now.......just praying all ok......

take care all
Sarah
