Rising Body Temperature

I am still in my 4th week and realized that my face and body feel really hot. I stand in the shade and try to get cool, but then I suddenly feel cold. I have no idea is this is due to the medication or if it's a common occurane of pregnancy. Has anyone else felt this way? I am extremely terrified of overheating.

I am hot and cold too and before I never ever felt cold so I think its normal
