Hi Alison Long time no hear - have seen you posting several times to Fiona_LK - fab news for her this time!! Anyway, just wondered how you're getting on, when you might be going for it again (if at all) and if you're staying at ARGC....what did Mr T say this time in your follow up appointment? Lucy - Hi, how lovely to hear from you again. How are you? I'm fine - ooh, lots of news though since we were last in touch! At my follow up as expected they recommended I had my dodgy fluid filled tube taken out. There was a bit of faffing about (the morning of the planned op Mr T did a scan and decided to postpone the op as he wasn't sure it needed doing!) so ended up having it done at the end of May. All went fine - I had a couple of weeks off when the weather was sunny which was good! And I'm now on the 2ww having had FET last Friday. In theory it was natural FET but am taking aspirin, heparin, cyclogest, ritodrine, and steroids (so not sure what an unnatural FET would be like!) I test on Monday so am half way there, but getting a bit jittery. So, what about you? Were you planning cycling in August? That seemed so long ago when we were posting in March! Hi Alison Just after I wrote earlier I found a post talking about your FET and felt like a right idiot. Anyway, great news about the 'natural' FET....are the steroids and ritodrine new for you this time? If so, what are they for? Lucky you not being on gestone again!! We have been chilling out completely since the failure in March. We are only going to cycle one more time, and so we are making sure we are really ready...we've now postponed it in our heads until October, as there are parties and weddings over the summer that we don't want to have to stay teetotal for!! Am considering going into ARGC soon to talk to Mr T/Mr G again about the last attempt - I don't like the fact that between tries there is very little conversation and when you turn up to try again they have to catch up with your history. What do you think? It's not long to go now until Monday...hopefully you'll join Fiona_LK and get a BFP!!! I have everything crossed!! Take care of yourself and that embie snuggled up inside Love Lucy xxx
