Is it ok to squat ??
I am in my 2ww.Is it ok to bend and squat several times while doing household work??Does it affect the embyos impalntation??
ME-------PCOS
DH-------Low Count
1st IVF/ICSI cancelled due to high E2 level,risk of OHSS
BCP from 3rd April
AF on 26 th April
started follistim from 28 th april
started ganerilex from 3 rd May
ER on 8th May
ET on 10th may
-ve BETA

During my last two IUI's I was told not to lift anything over 5 pounds and to relax from any kind of exertion. Even doing light housework. I was so mad at myself 
when a few days after my last IUI I was in the yard and got inspired to do some gardening.....it wasn't until I hurt myself lifting the huge bag of soil that I realized what I did 
. I know it's hard...but try for at least the 2WW to relax as much as possible. GOOD LUCK!!! and don't forget to keep us posted!!!
