Day 4 Transfer Anyone?

I was just curious to see if anyone has done a day 4 transfer. My DR called today and postponed my 3 day to a 4 day. I just hadn't heard of this before. Any positives to this?

Hi Emily,

I did not do a four day transfer, but was in a similar situation because they delayed my transfer by one day as well. I was scheduled for a 5 day transfer and on day 5 as I was lying on the table ready to go, the RE came in and told me they wanted me to wait one more day for my embies to mature so they could select the healthiest.

So, I ended up doing a 6 day transfer (which I had never heard of) and it turned out just great. I got a BFP last Monday so they knew what they were doing.

Sweet! I am anxious for their call today to see if we are going today. I am looking forward to seeing the quality and such. Anything to help improve my odds I will definetly take!
