New to IVF. I went in for my egg collection yesterday, not nearly as bad as I thought, unfortunately they only got three eggs. I came home feeling really desperate like we had failed before we had even begun. Fortunately the clinic called this morning to say that one had fertilized. ~OK the chances are pretty small but I left the clinic yesterday with no hope so fingers crossed! If it doesn't stop dividing before thurs they are going to put it back in, so here starts the waiting game.

As alexprafti says it only takes one 
All the best and stay positive, I only had 2 and had 2 transferred back so I too only had one option and I did'nt have any to freeze, but stay focused and you will achieve that BFP
