Can lifting something during 2ww & cause miscarriage
My transfer was 8 days ago. Today I lifted a case of bottled water. About a half hour later I started to get some cramps. Then about 3 hours later I noticed some red blood with what looked like a little clot in it. My pregnancy test isn't until Friday and now I am so worried. Help - did I just royally screw up????

Hi all I can tell you is what I got told at my clinic, this time. Which was don't lift anything over 10lbs.
Hope everything is ok. I know it is easy for me to say but try not to worry.
