Question for Ghost about Progestrone

Will it harm progestrone if I heat the bottle up with a heating pad prior to using? My RE said that we can hold the bottle in our hand or use a glass of warm water - but won't a heating pad do the same trick?

Just want to make sure I am not ruining the progestrone by heating the bottle up that way.
