It all depends, I have severe endo and my RE was very happy with only seeing 6-8. They actually got nine but only 4 matured to nice 8 cells. Try not to worry and take care of yourself, I know is hard to do but hand in there. Talk to your RE and see what they say I will keep my fingers crosses for you.

Good luck and keep us updated.

You are fine. You haven't even begun the stimms - or just started - so most likely many more will grow once you start the gonal f. The ultrasound you just had is considered your baseline and that just is the starting point. I wouldn't worry - you need to give the gonal f some time to work.

All the best,

Yea, don't worry too much... I hear it makes it worse. I am a worrier also. At my first Ultrasound I had 10 follicies and now I am down to my week of retrieval and I have 19.. so they grow and grow and it is very uncomfy, but all worth it.
