Help-Twin A is breech

Hello -

Anyone out there having/had twins with Twin A who was breech? Did he/she turn eventually or stay breech? I'm 32 weeks and my boy has been breech for the last 6 weeks. I've heard even twins can turn even up until labor starts but I wonder how often that happens. I really, REALLY don't want a c-section (I have bad experiences with pain medication, anesthesia, etc. and am scared of having a spinal due to previous back surgery), even though I know it's out of my control. I'm just looking for some stories on this situation to see if anyone else had luck with vaginal birth after having twin A breech and then flipping head down.
