discharge

Hello all,

Sorry if this is TMI, but it has me stressed out. Last week I had some brownish/yellow discharge. My doctor said not to worry and it lasted 1 day and stopped. However, it started again yesterday and seems to be stopping again. However, it has me a nervous wreck. I am waiting for an email back from my doctor & I have researched it and it seems like it is OK. However, I am hoping that others have experienced this as well.

Thanks so much. I am 5 weeks, 4 days pregnant.

hi michelle

i've had discharge although it's been clear. from what i can gather (reading other posts) unless it is offensive (ie smelly or itchy, etc.) you have nothing to worry about. if it is, i would call back the doctor though and explain it's come back as you may have an infection. even then i think it's fine but they just need to treat you.

Thanks for your reply. I did email my doctor again and he is not concerned. It has stopped again as well. We will see. I have a 6 week ultrasound on Thursday and I am hoping that shows a HB.

best of luck for that scan! let us know how you get on. i'm sure if the doctor says it's ok then you can take their word for it!
