I Only produced 7 follies in my first IVF Cycle. 4 Fertilized so a good ratio. However I am on my 2nd attempt now and would like to know if there is anything I can do to try and increase the number of follicles I produce. ANYBODY???

I thought I read somewhere that Pomegranate and leafy green vegetables like spinach were good.

I think I read somewhere that yams and/or sweet potatoes are good for ovarian health and fertility.

Unfortunately, I am already on the highest dose of drugs, so I just thought that if I could do anything else alongside, I would try.
