hey ok.. i trigger tonight.. and just want to make sure everyhitng is perfect.. first is cc and ml the sme thing on a needle?? also it says to use a 22 gauge but is a 23 same thing ??
i just HAPPEN to have all my "needle" papers at work with me!!! (they are like my bible these days - so they go back/forth to work in my bag!!) anyway ---------- my papers show using a 22 OR 23 G needle....so, in this instance, size really DOESN'T matter!! (ha, ha, ha) far as the cc and ml part ---- i don't recall w/out having an actual needle in front of me -- sorry i would call your doc's office -- they should be able to confirm......
Hi,
cc's & ml's are the same thing. And it doesn't really matter if you use 22 or 23 g needle, but given the option I would use the higher # because the higher the gauge #, the smaller in diameter the needle. For example, an 18 gauge needle is a huge honking needle that you don't want to get stuck with. Just make sure the needle is at least 1 to 1 1/2 inches long for an IM shot(intrmuscular).
Good Luck!

danyel ----- how did the trigger go??? didn't "hurt" as much as you thought --- did it??? i remember FREAKING out at size of the needles as well....but turns out - was nothin' but a thing!
YEAH!!!!! 15 eggs ----- FABULOUS NEWS!! ya know, if you go over into the "General Forum" --- there are a couple of different threads that you'd probably enjoy --- one of them is something called "2ww" or something along those lines....is for gals going thru EXACTLY the same thing as you far as timing goes --- is SUCH a great source of encouragement and is the coolest thing that there are others dealing with the same things as you.....and another one would be "Nov/Dec cycle buddies" ---- same type of thing as 2ww --- all gals going thru cycle right now at some stage.....
GOOD LUCK TO YOU danyel!!!!! I'll be checking in on you
