Bleeding during implantation?

Hi! My husband & I recently travelled home to Australia for our 1st IVF attempt. But we are now back o/s & so I am not near my clinic to ask all the questions whenever I am feeling different things. Hope someone out there may be able to help as it's all so new to me & a bit scary.

I experienced some spotting (brownish in colour) a few days ago - day 10 after ET. I was ok with that, but this morning (day 12) I was bleeding and it was kind of 'clotty', so now I am really freaked out. Do you think this could be a sign that it's all over? I usually get really bad period pain but had none of that and I am still getting twinges over my ovaries. My preg test isn't until next Mon (3 Dec).

Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to stay positive but just not sure what this all means...
