New to this particular Pregnant Board, Have a question.

Post by ARG »

Hi, I have been using this Website but on the trying to conceive with IVF Section. Anyway, I have now got my BFP on my 2nd attempt. WEEEEEEEEEEHH . I had a bit of a show/spotting on my first/second week. It now seems to have settled down and I am just past 5 weeks, so still early. I have started to get a bit of an appetite probably still from the hormones and maybe a bit of early cravings. I would like to keep myself in as much shape as possible so could anyone tell me when it would be safe for me to do some exercise. I thought I would try some Yoga or swimming. I dont go for my first scan until next week and I obviously am taking things easy at the moment and wont do anything without my doctors consent, I just wondered if any of you helpful pregnant ladies had any advice or experience.

Thanks for your time.

I am in my 9th week going into my 10th and my doctor says no exercise. He said I could walk and that is it. I am a runner so this is really hard for me as I can tell I have put on weight.

You need to get an OK from your doctor before you do anything.

Good luck!
