I am fairly new to this forum; I got my BFP on 11/25 and have had two betas since then (12dp3dt = 204 & 14dp3dt = 511). My third and final beta is tomorrow (keep your fingers crossed). As were most of you, I was instructed after the ET not to have an orgasm during the 2ww (can't say that was difficult since I also have mild/moderate OHSS and feel disgusting). On the day I received my BFP, the doctor told me not to have intercourse. Well...long story short...yesterday I had an orgasm. It wasn't "intentional" or premeditated, let's just put it that way. I got really bad cramps down low on both sides of my abdomen right afterwards and started panicking. They lasted on and off for a few hours (though they were significantly better after about 5 minutes). I ended up calling the nurse, and she said that I basically shouldn't worry. Has anyone else done something as stupid as I have, #1, and #2, if so, have you had bad cramping afterwards?
Boy do I feel like an idiot!

Seltzer~ Sorry I can't help you but if your nurse says not to worry I'm sure you shouldn't. Perhaps your numbers are high enough to indicate a good strong pg and that is why they aren't concerned.
Sorry I'm no help but best of luck to you and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Take care~

seltzer I hope I'm going to make you feel better now....I was also in my 2ww and had not one but 2 orgasms during my sleep! I woke up every time with horrible cramping that lasted for a half an hour (also little bit better after 5 minutes). Well, my doctor told me that they don't really have any proof that orgasm or what ever would you do normally in your life can harm or improve our chances of getting pregnant. This 2ww is kind of a mystery for them...
I came to the conclusion that me worrying can harm my chances more than the orgasm:) So, relax and trust your baby:)
As you can see, I am 5 months along and very lucky to say that I had no problems what so ever with my pregnancy...Good luck to you
Thank you CroElla, you have totally reassured me! At least I am not the only one, LOL. The cramping was bad, huh? It really shocked the hell out of me--such great feelings followed by such horrendous feelings. Congrats on your pregnancy! Do you know what you are having?
(Kholtan, thank you too for responding to my message.)
