I'm going for a natural cycle to FET in Feb/08.
I was told to ring the clinc when i have AF so they can set a date to check the lining and set a date for the ET.
I have also decided to try acupuncture.
I would like to know when should i start the acupuncture?
How many sessions are required before the transfer and after?
Should i start when i have AF?Before that? After that?
Any advice will be very helpful.
Wishing everybody a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2nd ICSI: Oct/07 - test:22/Nov=BFN :(
3th ICSI: July/08; Testing:5th Sept-BFP :D
I too am an acupuncture 'virgin' and have just started acu sessions for a FET end Jan.
My acupuncturist works closely with our fertility clinic and has recommended 2 sessions a week leading up to the FET. I started the acupuncture 6 weeks before my transfer date. Apparently they recommend a work up towards the transfer to optimise the effects of the acupuncture and you need twice weekly sessions to maintain the benefits of it.
I will have one session immediately before the transfer, then another session just after. Not sure what happens after that during the 2ww tho.
I love acc. I went for about 3 months and loved every minute of it. I went all the way up until my first blood tests. On the day of the ET she came to the RE's office and did a session before. Then later that week I went to her again and because I got a BFP I now will go back to her once a month.
I totally believe in accupuncture and of course the power of the good LORD....
Best wishes all!
