I got a BFP just after Christmas... I am very happy!
My question to you all----
Have any of you had cramps? I am not bleeding but it feels like AF wants to come. The cramps come in spurts and my bum hurts from the PIO shots.
Daily, I am still taking estrodiol tablets orally and vaginally as well and baby asprin...
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!

Cramps are very normal and I have read that some women get cramps through the whole pregnancy. My personal experience with my first pregnancy (healthy boy, conceived naturally) was mild cramps in the first trimester and then I was on bedrest from 26 weeks for an irritable uterus.
As long as you are not bleeding I would not worry. CONGRATS!

I had mild cramping throughout first 12 weeks of pregnancy; I even had a couple of horrible ones due to an orgasm (sorry if it is a TMI but I needed a confirmation that it is ok). My doc told me that it is normal; further on I had pain/cramping sometimes on only one side of the uterus and that is a sign of baby growing
