Injection questions...

I'm due to have 5 injections starting tomorrow: 2 in the morning and 3 in the evening. I read that I shouldn't have injections in the same site area but am slightly confused. So far, I've only given Lupron shots in my abdomen and it's quite painless and would like to keep it that way, but I know I have to change the site.

What are you recommendations? what do you do?

By outer thigh, does my lap count?

Can I use the area above my navel or just below?

I'm not certain if there are any restrictions as to where. I was told where ever I could pinch an inch. And although I always stayed in line with, or below my belly button, I found myself sometimes going far left and far right. Just to keep using a fresh spot.

I was doing 3 shots a day at one point and i did them all around the belly button...above, below, and on the sides. the more fat you can pinch the less it hurts it actually doesn't hurt at all. after you get the first shot out of the way, it's a piece of cake! And yes, you're suposed to change sites every day, but just about half an inch, so there should be enough room. if you bruise, leave more room.
my doc said i could do it in my thigh also, but i think it would hurt, so i never tried it.
