Question for GHOST re: Cysts & Lupron

[First Timer]

Hi everyone,
A quick note to re-introduce myself, I'm 32 yr. old first timer, male factor DH 37 (low sperm count under 2MM) and we had 5 unsuccessful IUI's, two cycles Clomid 50 mg. This is my fist IVF w. ICSI & AH. I started Lupron (10 units) two weeks ago and when I went in for baseline sono to begin stims, RE found ovarian cysts. I was told to stay on Lupron, same dosage for another week and go back for second sono. Is this normal? I'm terrified my body is not taking to drugs and IVF will not be an option.

Ghost or anyone- can you pls let me know your thoughts? I've been researching and haven't found much on this topic which also concerns me. I was told no exercise or intercourse to avoid bursting cyst.
RE mentioned draining and removal as options if cyst doesn't dissolve on its own. My fear is my body will react same way to stims...thoughts?

I really appreciate your help and advice. Its so encouraging to know I'm not going through this alone!
