Blood test and HCG coming positive but low

I just received a call from my doctor. She says is positive. This was my first IVF (all paid by us), so I'm actually not counting on having more treatments because we literally cannot afford it. My extraction was done on the 18th of Jan and the doctor transfered the only 2 surviving eggs on the 21st of Jan. I've had what is called implantation blood. I've been so worried, but still waited until the end to get the results. The blood test was done on the 4th of Feb and I just received the results with an hCG coming at 96. I do not know what to think. Isn't that too low? How low is too low? What should be a typical hCG amount for a 2 week pregnancy? I just don't want to get too excited and then be disappointed if this is a deceiving result. Thanks.
