Ghost,Blood clot found but have a nice healthy heartbeat too

I had my first U/S today. First, the great news is that I have one healthy little heartbeat in there. Second, the bad news is, I have a clot that is about 150% the size of baby and it's sac in my uterus too. My RE has prescribed baby aspirin daily and resting. I'm not on strict bedrest, but I am supposed to be taking it easy. He gave me the go ahead to prepare dinners, drive, etc.. but for the most part rest. I am really nervous!! If I end up passing this clot can the baby get stuck with it?? Also is it possible that it can cause uterin contractions and I can loose the baby that way too?? I was just getting used to the idea that all is normal and I don't have to worry, just going about my business as usual. Now I feel like I am walking on eggshells and everytime I stretch or change position I feel like I am doing something that can hurt this baby. What are the chances that this clot could mean the end for me?? At first I wasn't too worried, but now I am terrified.
