Here is a history of my poor response.
1st IVF -Down regulated protocol on 150 gonal F
4 eggs at collection with one fertilizing
2nd IVF/ICSI Antagonist cycle on 275 gonal F
4 eggs at collection with 1 fertilizing
3rd IVF/ICSI Antagonist cycle on 300 gonal F
cycle cancelled due to estrogen dropping
4th IVF/ICSI Flare cycle on 450 gonal F
1 egg at collection which didn't fertilize
Now I'm sure this is an indication my eggs are of poor quality. I'm confused because after egg collection the embrologist said it's not necessarily poor quality eggs it's just that I don't respond well to the stimulated drugs. I thought I wasn't responding to the drugs because I could be approaching ovarian reserve? Why else would my ovaries not stimulate???
Has anyone had a poor response and introduced clomid into a IVF stim cycle??
Any other ideas or suggestions to help with egg quality??
