I thought I'd start an April thread since the March/April thread ladies all seem to be almost done.

Anyone wanna join?

My ER is scheduled for 4/16, so I start Lupron next week!!!

JesJes-- most of us in the march/april thread have just started and there are many who dont even start meds til April...we would love for you to join us...if not, Im sure many people will join you on your thread!

Fabulous! Thanks so much. I'd love to hear all about the process, 'cause I'm a newbie, this is my 1st cycle. How about you?

so 4/16 is ER. Bedrest 2 days after, correct? Is your job pretty flexible? I'm hoping work stuff works out pretty well, it's gonna be tricky.

I'd love to join, too. I'm waiting for AF then I'll start BCP. My clinic said there's a chance the ER would be in June if AF is late.

I'd rather not wait that long. I'm hoping it comes soon!

My I'm waiting for AF too! I still have 2 weeks from today. My RE gave me a trigger injection this month to try to get me to O early, that way I'll give AF 2 days ahead of schedule.

Expecting AF on April 6th. How 'bout you, Yellow?

JessJess- GL with Lupron next week. You'll have to tell me and Yellow what we should expect.

AF should be hear any day now. I'm starting to feel some cramping. Of course, this would be the month it's a little late.

I've never heard of a trigger shot to help you ovulate sooner. That's pretty cool since the waiting is no fun!

Hi ladies. I've been posting on the March/April thread. There are a few of us who will not be starting until the end of March or mid April. However, most are in the 2ww now. So, I'm starting to feel behind. Mind if I join you as well? I start Lupron March 28, first b/w and u/s is April 11. This is my 2nd IVF, as IVF#1 resulted in a BFN

. They estimate my ER will be April 23.

Yellow-I noticed you live in Illinois. I'm in southern IL, so I go to St Louis for all of my appts.

I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I say "OF COURSE!!!!" the more the merrier. I'm so sorry you didn't have success your 1st time around. I'll be excited to hear from you when you get your BFP this month!

What kind of Doc are you? I'm in residency for Family medicine and Psychiatry.

DrJen, welcome! I'm in Chicago right now, but we'll be moving to Champaign-Urbana this summer. I'd love to be pregnant by then.

So many doctors on this thread! That's cool. My husband is a radiologist.

I feel nice and crampy. AF should be here soon.

Hi! To answer your questions, I am a dentist. My best friend is a psychiatrist--small world.

I just posted on the March/April thread--those ladies are getting BFP's--gives me hope

I told them about a book I purchased called "Nurturing Yourself Through IVF." I started reading it last night and kind of freaked out. The author's IF probs mirror mine and DH's. She had b/w done called an "Implantation Failure Panel." I'm going to call my RE tomorrow and request this before I go thru IVF#2. You see, 2 days after my ET my mom was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease which is also immunological. I need this test if only for my peace of mind. She is being treated at the same center as me. Her Dr is looking for genetic links and up to this point has not found any. Her disease is very rare. For IVF#1 everything went very well until implantation (which obviously did not occur

). Sorry for the long post, but this is obviously consuming my thoughts right now. I'm hoping my RE is willing to do this!

I am new to this forum and joined yesterday.. I would like to be a part of you all.. My ET is scheduled for April last week.. I am currently on BCP and I am extreme;y nervous.......This is my first IVF cycleand I am extremely stressed and feeling nervous....

I hope to look forward to thi forum and share our expereincesand give supprt to each other...
