Ganirelix the same day as HCG Trigger??

Ganirelix the same day as HCG Trigger??

I have been taking Gonal F, Menopur...and then at the end of the cycle for a few days we add in Ganirelix. Then, an HCG Trigger. This time RE is having me do the HCG trigger AND ganirelix. Has anyone heard of this before?
