There's always hope--the important thing is that the number doubles in 48 hours. It could have just implanted late and that's why the number is so low. I'm sure it's negative on hpt because it was so low initially---here's praying that it will keep rising and you'll be able to see a positive on that test!

Hey-- dont lose hope! There is always a chance this could work out, but be cautious. I got + HPTs for 5 days before my beta then my beta was 26. Turned out to be chemical. But chemical is not always bad...my RE looks at it as a very positive thing. You know you did get pregnant! Thats what they told me anyway. Chemical pregnancies are emotionally difficult. I hope yours turns out for the better! Good luck!

Im sorry, but why do you think thats low? you may have had a late implanter! You should not be concerned with the first number, but rather the doubling rate in 2 days.. Dont count yourself out. How many days past transfer are you/ DId you have a 2 3 or 5 day transfer, all of these take in account as well as how late your little one decided they were going to stick! I was 7dp6dt and had a beta of 50 and from there on it doubled and trippled. I am now 15 weeks..This is good news a positive beta means you can indeed become pregnant, but dont doubt yourself yet... Keep us posted

Thank you for the positive thoughts! I hope everyone is right....I am just concerned that I am bleeidng too.....I know that low betas can double and go on to be fine......many people bleed and go onto b fine.....the two together are especially nerve recking!
The women you are talking about that had low betas....did the bleed?
BTW beta was done 9dp5dt....
