Attorney in NJ for DE IVF - advice

Hi ladies,

I am going to start a DE IVF and our family lawyer who was going to represent us just told us that it is better for us to find a reproductive lawyer who specializes in these issues. I was wondering if any of you can recommend me a NJ reproductive lawyer and how much they charge, is it a flat fee or do they charge * hour?

I also don't know if the donor (in my case, an anonymous donor through an agency) needs a lawyer from the state where the retrieval will take place or if she can get a lawyer in the state she lives or any state. Do you know if that is a requirement?
