IVF cycle failed - what do I do now?

I just completed IVF cycle which didn't work. They retrieved 32 eggs out of which 16 ferrilized. By day 3 only 10 were still available and they trasfered 4 of "marginally decent" quality. I just got a message from the nurse that nothing was available for freezing. I feel that my cycle was really mismanaged. I did an IVF cycle 3 years ago and my FHS was 6.5 back then and had great results. My FHS now is 7.2 but I think my protocol was all wrong. They started me out on 375 of Gonal-F and I was only able to stim for 7 days. So i think they collected a lot of eggs that weren't mature. So at this point I don't know what to do. This was going to be my last fresh IVF cycle plus whatever FET I thought i would get. But obviously this didn't work out the way i thought. Plus this is the last cycle that was covered by my insurence. If i did another IVF I would probably go to a different clinic. Should i even bother making an appointment with this clinic again. The clinic has great stats but it's a warehouse. I have a main doctor but my ultrasound, trasfer and retriaval were all done by different doctors. I'm so upset and frusterated and don't know what to do.

Firstly, I am really sorry that it did not work.

I agree, I think you were over stimulated.

If you would not do another cycle there I would not bother with a follow up appointment. Take your dosage, results and thoughts to a new clinic and speak to a new doctor.

I changed clinics for IVF#3 & #4. I put together a history including dosage, days stimmed, numbers retrieved, fert report, made photocopies of SA, path, lap results etc and gave it to the Dr. He read it and asked me questions, we discussed dosage, success rates etc.
